She previously worked at CBS Sports, Fox Sports. Kolber, a native of Pennsylvania graduated with a graduate education from University of Miami. Her professional journey began as an Assistant Video Coordinator for CBS Sports, New York City. She won a local Sports Emmy during her tenure at WTVJ-TV in Miami. Also, she worked for WPLG-TV Miami and WPEC-TV West Palm Beach in Florida. She became a part of ESPN in 1993 and became one of the first anchors on ESPN2 when it was first established. It was at ESPN2 for the ensuing three years until she left to join Fox Sports. Then she returned to ESPN in 1999. She is now the host for Monday Night Countdown.
